Hydrogen Embrittlement Relief
We have 2 sets of large and 8 sets of small capacity baking ovens for hydrogen relieving.
Each oven has a daily circular chart recorder to record oven temperatures.
Ovens are calibrated quarterly to ensure consistent temperature.
Standard procedure is to have parts at 375-400F temperature for 4 hours. Some customers require longer bake times.
Our ovens are calibrated and certified every six months.
